About Me

Rob has been in the resale of pre-owned MFG’s since 1995. He was the sole owner of Crown MFG Home sales, Inc. until 2015 when he sold it to a private investor. Unfortunately, the new owner was unaware of the time and details in the day-to-day operations it took to run a very successful company reselling pre-owned MFG’s in parks. Rob then worked as an agent focusing on Yamhill and Washington counties. With his new free time, he was able to spend more time with his wife, Apryl, traveling in their 5th wheel toy hauler transporting his Ultra classic Harley Davidson. He is now able to spend more time with his church family and choir activities. His hobbies are gardening in their McMinnville home and taking trips to warmer climates and cruising. Not wanting to retire, his passion is to help individuals who need transparent coaching with those needing guidance financing, buying or selling MFG homes in Mobile Home Communities.

He is fortunate to have continued positive relations with companies in the same industry.
